This series of drawings was part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, Frankfurt/Main. It was acquired by the Museum für Moderne Kunst in 1990 as a permanent loan from the collector Dieter Bock, until the latter withdrew his loans in 2001. The whereabouts of 33 are unknown.
